Commons Community Localism and Global Self-determination

Tragedy of commons. The Commons - ultimate co-option 'no entry to the general public'

(1) Peoples assemblies as commoning processes in themselves (egalitarian, inclusive, direct democratic/horizontal) - means and end ?
(2) Commoning - the figure of the commoner who listens, participates, shares, stewards, conserves and individually and socially produces  vs that of consumer who spectates, demands, owns, uses, consumes, destroys
(3) The politics - personal perspective neither state nor private but bottom up 'third way' civil society. Confirms and upholds traditions of provision and support that work, reforms or removes those that don't, and fills the gaps with new traditions where there is a total void or failure.
(4) State and private have their institutions and forms and likewise civil society needs institutions of the common.
(5)Suggestion of standing Popular assemblies in each community locally sovereign with global consciousness - to give voice to the commons  - get a seat at the table and,  if the processes take us there perhaps take constitutional power (ie decentralised bottom up system) - perhaps the answer to structural inequality which is increasingly self-evident
(6) Localism, democracy and the human scale aswell as the global issue of national self-determination eg Egypt, Greece - bond markets Brussels etc. Local sovereignty to gain democratic control of the national system while also joining up with like minds across the planet. Local sovereignty with a global consciousness. Local body global mind
